Any time.: One nice thing about zoloft (sertraline) is that you can take it any time of the day. If you have routine built in (such as right before bed, first thing in the morning, with dinner, etc.) it will be easier to remember to take it.

Zoloft (sertraline): Zoloft (sertraline) is best given with food, so taking it with dinner is what i would recommend.
