A member asked:

20 mg of lexapro (escitalopram) is equivalent to how much zoloft?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Zoloft vs Lexapro (escitalopram) : We really don't have equivalency charts for the antidepressants. By clinical experience, however, i would guess that 20 mg of Lexapro (escitalopram) is roughly equivalent to 100 mg or more of zoloft. Best wishes.
