What is the difference between day dreaming and seizures im 30 and don't know which i am having i am conscience when it happens just thinking?

Big difference: Day dreaming just implies that you are drifting off and thinking about things other than the task at hand. There are several different types of seizures, but there is a change in level of conscious and there will be evidence on brain wave tests. You should see a neurologist if you are actually having seizures.

No memory of seizure: When one has a seizure, you do not have any memory of the time during the seizure. When daydreaming, you may not be paying attention when others are talking, but you are fully conscious.
