Foods for Yeast: These candida diet foods help eliminate Candida Albicans from your body. Green leafy vegetables (including plenty of raw garlic), protein foods (beef, chicken, eggs, fish that are antibiotic and hormone free), live yogurt cultures (both dairy and non-dairy, ) whey, acidophilus (non-sweetened types of yogurt), green algae (such as chlorella), nuts and seeds, healthy oils (olive, canola, fish) no.

Avoid simple carbs: Everyone has a bit of candida and other yeast in their bodies. The main cause of "infection" is when they overgrow at the expense of friendly flora. The most common cause is taking antibiotics so not eating antibiotics unless essential is best! steroid hormones also aggravate candida. Avoiding sugars & simple carbs & taking probiotics/cultured foods help. See my comment for link to a good article:.
