What are my chances of getting cancer if i do not remove uterine polyps?

Some : Most of the uterine polyps are benign , they are considered premalignant , 0.5% polyps are malignant already ., a compelling reason to treat them besides associated symptoms it causes. Please see and take your gynecologist advice.

I'm 28, premenopausal. Periods regular. Do get occasional mid cycle bleeding. Might have 1cm polyp in lower part of my uterus. What are the chances of it being cancer if I really got a polyp? I probably had it for long time.. At least 4 months.
Since I have had a utetine polyp removed in the past, results were not cancer, does that make me more susceptible to uterine or cervical cancer?
