Depends: If your stones have been shown to made of uric acid then ural may help dissolve them. Most stones are not uric acid and will not dissolve so the distinction is important. If stones are causing kidney obstruction it is important that the obstruction is relieved to prevent infection and/or loss of kidney function. Ask a urologist.
