Stone passing: If you were seen by a physician at an emergency room and they told you stones would pass, i would expect them to give you an rx for a pain killer. Naprosyn (naproxen) is an anti-inflammatory. You may need stronger medicine and a pill called tamsulosin. The best suggestion is to find a urologist who can see you or to return to the emergency room.
