For approx 1 yr, many muscle spasms: abdomen, under ribs, back, lower arms, hands-long lasting. occurs with certain movements. hand-arm will sometimes freeze-up. what could be causing this & remedy.

Spasm: Could be a host of thing get routine blood work including calcium ang magnesium level consider a neurology eval if nothing comes up.

Been injured for about a month, primarily in the left bicep but also radiating throughout the entire arm at moments. Severity of pain goes up and down.
