No: Depression may never completely go away. The key is to understand what leads to your depression and try to avoid, or lessen, the effect of the trigger(s). As always, aerobic exercise, proper diet, proper rest, relaxation, and enjoyable activities, as part of your daily life, can help prevent, or treat, depression.
