Not sure: Not sure what you mean by mallet exercises. If you are referring in drum mallets, or something similar, then you can develope hand cramping. This can be caused by overuse, nerve compression, or rarely circulation problems. Make sure you warm up properly for 2-5 minutes, then begin your mallet exercises. Stop before you get cramping and rest. Then repeat cycle.
