How long does it take for wrist to feel normal after cracked scaphoid heals. most of the time its ok sometimes aches in morning after exercise and cramp when twist and doing yoga stances. left wrist nov. 2022?

This is not my area of expertise but like any fracture especially the wrist, the bones must heal close to their anatomical position. Any deviation can cause problems. Need X-rays and physical therapy. If you have not seen a doctor for this injury please see a hand specialist For proper evaluation and treatment
