Yes: Ongoing sleep deprivation can lead to excessive daytime sleepiness, emotional difficulties, poor job performance and obesity. Sleep deprivation can also play a significant role in tragic accidents. This can be a sign of an undiagnosed sleep disorder or another medical problem. If more regular exercise & good nutrition does not help with this I suggest getting examined at a medical clinic.
