my mother was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the knee, what natural supplements can she take to help?

None: Unfortunately, there are no supplements that have been proven to help prevent arthritis. The best preventative treatment is weight loss and exercise.

Perhaps ...: Glucosamine may help but it doesn't help as much as keeping your weight within a normal range and walking (as tolerated due to knee pain). Most supplements are completely unproven remedies.
