See orthopedics: It sounds like you have sever osteo arthritis if the knees . Sever pain indicates that you have lost a lot of the tissue between the bone - cartridge . You can get some temporary help with knee injections with steroids Synvisc (hylan g-f 20) , but it sounds like you maybe ready fir knee replacement . Try to loose some weight . This will give you better results and better recovery period . Good luck .
