Exercise: Regular exercise, increased overall activity (i.e. take the stairs instead of the elevator) weight loss, smoking cessation, and a basic healthy diet (i.e. lots of fruits and vegetables, healthy proteins, avoidance of processed and fast foods) are the cornerstones of treatment. NSAIDs (i.e. ibuprofen) can help but chronic use should be avoided.
