Contact sports: Avoid all contact sports like foot ball etc caution and common sense to avoid trauma near the transplanted kidney.

Rough contact sports: The benefits of sports, physical activity and general exercise are overwhelmingly favorable for everyone, and especially transplant recipients. It is worth reviewing with your md first if you have any heart problems, new diabetes or vascular trouble since the transplant. But, these are all also important reasons to exercise if at all possible! most sports are great ideas. Drink lots of water.
