Wrist injuries: Any part of the body which develops pain , stiffness, swelling , is indicative of either an injury or structural abnormality. Injuries r the culprit if their has been an obvious one time or repetitive force which starts the process. Note that these symptoms can also arise as a result of other causes such as infection, rheumatoid diseases, or metabolic abnormalities such as gout
