Wrist injuries: Anytime one has persistent ,pain ,swelling, stiffness of any injured joint should be evaluated by an md .In.Iaddition if the injury is severe enough to,produce severe pain and swelling .,one should be seen soon.if presentation is mild use ice , NSAIDs , compression.with rest , if not resolving after several days then get it checked.
