Yes: You could have a significant corneal abrasion and you could have some foreign material in your eye. This is usually a very painful situation with a lot of light sensitivity. Without knowing more, i would recommend you see someone right away.

Yes: Could be corneal abrasion can use refresh pm, systane ointment, or genteal gel applied to inside of lower lid can help healing 4x day or more until seen by ophthalmologist.
