Are u using: Anabolic steroids? If so, the testosterone can convert to estrogen and cause gynecomastia. If not its likely the way you r built and the underling muscle is growing or it's a little more difficult to lose weight there. Is it fatty tissue protruding over the muscle? Having a bigger chest and smaller gut is a benefit of excercise, is yours abnormal?
