Could be reflux: Pain after eating can relate to many things. Identifying the cause requires more info like what kind of food, amount, where pain is, quality, and so on. Common causes can be ulcer disease or reflux in which acid leaves the stomach and irritates the esophagus. Advil (ibuprofen) and Aspirin can irritate the stomach lining too so can contribute to pain.
