My baby was born with teeth, shes two months now & her gums around her teeth are red & swollen. what does that mean?

Have them checked: Newborn teeth can range from very loose to firmly implanted in the gum. If they are loose, there is some risk that they could end up falling out & being inhaled into the lungs creating a big problem. If firm but red & swollen, there is likely some issue with the gum your doc or a pediatric dentist should assess.

Try cleaning: If they have not been brushed.. They may need brushing. Take a soft brush and message around the gums once a day... There may still be some bleeding but if the bleeding is not gone in 5 days, i would suggest seeing a pediatric dentist.
