Yes if norm periods: An elevated prolactin can disrupt your periods and prevent ovulation. This is a very mild elevation of prolactin, and may/may not interfere with your periods. What is the cause of the elevated prolactin? Many medications do this. Possible pituitary problems. Even if all is perfect it can be hard to get "pregnant quick", but if periods are normal, you are probably ok. Talk to your ob.
