Pregnancy is unlikely with a high prolactin level due to changes in hormones like estrogen&progesterone. These changes interfere with ovulation. Administration of bromocriptine may normalize these hormonal levels and increase fertility as long as the prolactin level is not very high. Usually bromocriptine is stopped when you're pregnant Your gynecologist& endocrinologist can advise you best.
