Ear pain: See an ENT doc if the pain is chroniczenker... There are numerous possibilities. Infections, gerd, cysts, diverticula, tumors, etc. Etc. Are all possible and are treated quite differently.

Need evaluation: Pain in your ear when swallowing can be one of the symptoms associated with a TMJ disorder. If you are having popping, clicking, pain with eating or limited opening, you should see your dentist to determine if your problem is a TMJ disorder. You could also see an ENT specialist as well.
