Gastroenteritis: You need to see a doctor. There are very few bacterial causes of gastroenteritis that will require antibiotic treatment, and in some instances the antibiotics are distinctly contra-indicated and may be harmful. Your current symptoms can be c. Difficile colitis, or the same cause of you original problem. See a gastroenterologist.
