My left collar bone sticks out more then my right and its pointy where it sticks out at the base of the neck and my right one doesn't. it doesn't hurt?

Normal.: Some asymmetry is normal. As long as this is longstanding and not enlarging i don't think there is much to worry about.

Old injury?: Did you have a fracture in the past? It may just be a healed fracture. If not you should get it looked at by a doctor and likely an xray. There are conditions that are of concern that present this way and should be looked at.
