Unusual: More information is needed please. What medical issues do you have if any. What was the cause of the oaf? Do you have sinusitis? Do you smoke? Were you compliant with medications, follow up appointments and instructions recommended by your doctor? See an oral surgeon. Good luck.

Possible: See your oral surgeon. These oaf's are very difficult to repair.

See your surgeon: If you have not had any symptoms or problems since the repair in nov of 2011, and now all of sudden have symptoms in 2013, it may or may not be related. If you have had continued problems for that time, it may be an oaf. These unfortunately can persist, and home care instructions need to be followed closely for the best possible result. Se your surgeon right away for an evaluation. Best of luck!

Good chance: It sounds like the oroantral fistula has either reoccurred or more likely never healed properly in the first place. You should have it checked by the surgeon.
