My right wrist is swollen and sometimes hurts. it is uncomfortable to move my wrist. it looks like the ulnar styloid it popped out.

Get an x-ray: If u mean spontaneously popped out, only a handfull of autoimmune conditions could lead to that, and uncommonly. If after any form of injury/trauma, then possible. Either way, it should be examined and likely x-rayed by a dr. Urgent care clinics usually can do both in same location.
