My left wrist suddenly started hurting. not swollen or red. why would this happen? its a crampy uncomfortable pain. seems to be moving up the arm.

Wrist pain: Wrist pain could be due to arthritis,sprain,tendonitis or infection. The latter would have associated redness. Try cold or warm applications and,if you can take them,NSAIDS like ibuprofen. See your Physician if symptoms persist or if swelling develops.
