Good posture: 1) sit tall, don't slump your shoulders, and keep a nice curve in your lower back. A good ergonomic chair can assist with this. 2) keep your feet flat on the floor, with your knees at a comfortable 90 degrees. 3) your hands should be "neutral" - without significant bend up or down. This will minimize your risk of carpal tunnel syndrome. Happy keyboarding!

Do it right: The ergonomics of a keyboard workstation are very important. Monitor should be in front, not off to the side and slightly down so that neck extension is not needed to see the monitor. Upright position of sitting with lumbar support – no slouching. Feet forward on small stool. Keyboard pad or ergonomic keyboard to allow hands slightly flexed at the wrist and internally rotated. Ergonomic keyboard !
