Identify the cause: If you have an allergist close to you, get tested to see what is causing your symptoms. Once you know what it is, avoiding it should help. Taking oral antihistamines may help, such as Cetirizine that is widely available in india. Also steroid nasal sprays control the congestion and rhinorrhea.

Running nose returns: You may want to try a nasal steroid such as Nasonex (mometasone) twice daily, but you should be reevaluated to see why your rhinorhea has recurred.
