How does a woman correctly perform perineal massage to make delivery easier & prevent tearing during childbirth?

Perineal Massage: I usually recommend that perineal massage be done after a bath or shower. Mineral oil can be used with 2 fingers in the vagina to stretch the area between the vagina and rectum.
