Retractile Testes : The testes start in the abdomen and migrate down through the tunica vaginalis into the scrotal sack. They are attached to the creamasteric muscle and whenever that muscle contracts the testes is pulled upward . If the testes are never in the sack that is an undescended testes and you would need to see a pediatric urologist asap.
