Typicaly - Yes: You are worried about hair on the genitals as a sign of premature puberty. If his height, weight and other developmental parameters are normal, than premature puberty is not a worry. However, if you notice significant hair under his arms, change in voice or any other concerns, please bring this to the attention of you pediatrician soon.
