Please Don't Worry: Maybe,maybe not.Depends what it looks like,but based on what you said it could be anything from a normal variant to a hernia to a hydrocele to a missing ("undescended') testicle.Nothing that requires an emergency look(unless he's screaming or super cranky or can't pee)but should be evaluated sooner than later. If a normal variant there's a way to check:you know what they say: Like father, like son
