Half my right toe goes badly yellow, numb and freezing cold when it's cold is this a problem as its only been happening over the last year?

Nerve issue: In the presence of cold and cigarette smoke the arteries restrict. It is more pronounced when the nerves that control the arteries on/off switch does this when its stressed or traumatized such as bunion, tight shoewear etc.
