No: Bleeding for 4 months after a miscarriage may be due to retained tissue from the miscarriage. The hysteroscopy should have seen that and removed. Some bleeding after the procedure is normal but heavy bleeding is not. Follow-up with your gyn. Also make sure your iron stores are adequate since you have been bleeding for so long.
