No: You are young to have had a colonoscopy, and with negative findings, the blood is likely due to the hemorrhoids. Unless you have a strong family history, you should have a course of dietary changes to increase fiber and water intake to soften stools. If this fails, you may need to see a general or colorectal surgeon to have the hemorrhoids removed or banded.

Possibilities...: Consider anal fissure, hemorrhoidal bleeding, proctitis (inflamed rectum), anal abscess or fistula, trauma to the anal canal, skin changes around the anus (benign or malignant) or even a new infection or other causes of colitis (to account for your recent diarrhea). The only way to find out, and to start appropriate treatment, is to get re-examined. See your doctor please.
