Will a cell fan make you sick in the winter time?

No: Ceiling fans only move air which in & of itself shouldn't make you sick. With that said, if the air is laden w/bacteria & viruses, then you could pick up an infection from the "air" which was moved by the fan. But there's no direct link between ceiling fans & getting sick.
