It depends on the: Age of the patient &, to some degree, on weight. As the maximum dose of mas is 1 mg/kg (2.2 lbs)/day. Long-acting products like Adderall xr or vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) given in am deliver the dose for ~ 12 hrs. Each product has a different onset of action, peak & wear-off daily. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) seems to have less risk of "rebound"symptoms as it wears off & less irritability as the dose is titrated up for optimal effect.

POSSIBLY: This could be therapeutic amount and what is important is does it make a difference for you. Overall the dose is on the lower side.
