No, but most common: There are other conditions where Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and other stimulants may be of help, including narcolepsy and as a booster for people who have depression that only partly responds to an antidepressant. For short-term use, people may find it helpful to stay up longer to study or to decrease appetite, but these effects typically wear off over time, which is when problems can begin.
