Google up BMI.: Google bmi (body mass indicator). Enter in your height and weight, and you will receive your bmi. If your bmi is 30 or over, you are considered obese. I think a good range for you would be between 120-140 lb. Naturally, if you are heavily muscled, like a power lifter, you will have a heavier bmi because of your dense muscles!
