Ideally? see picture: A simple formula: 100lbs at 5 feet, and add 7 pounds per inch for men and 5lbs/in for women. So for you 100 + (15in x7=105)=205. This is a rough-guide. Larger frame person would wt more etc...People with larger muscle mass tend to wt more as well--muscle is heavier than fat by volume. Eat well, exercise, and live well.
