Possibly: It depends on the cause of your migraines. If you can figure out why you are getting them then eliminate that, you can often minimize them. For example, some are caused by clenching/grinding of the teeth, so these can often be minimized with a dental "night guard" made by your dentist. So you may want to see your dentist. And log your migraines and see if you can find the common why.
