My partner had his seminal fluid results and we were told he had 100% antibodies. is this a permanent problem, or is there any treatment?

Not sure: What are the antibodies directed against? Seminal fluid can have antibodies in it normally, but if they are directed to sperm, it is a completely different issue, than if they are directed against hiv. More information is needed to answer this question accurately.
