Should treatment for ra begin when anti ccp antibodies are 63? i've had some inflammatory problems that may or may not be related, but no joint pain.

Yes!!!: Anti-ccp is very specific and over 20 is abnormal. It is rheumatoid disease not only rheumatoid arthritis and if there is inflammation it may cause damage.
