Hep C negative: This is an extremely good (sensitive) test for the presence of Hepatitis C. Since the test is negative, that means you don't have it. It's possible you HAD it- but your body took care of it and wiped it out. Since your antibody test is weakly positive-this probably happened some time ago, or it could be a false (weakly) positive test that's cross reacting with something else. Would still see MD...
