A list: Always talk with your physician about your care. Eat liberal amounts of cherries, celery & blueberries. Avoid high purine foods: herring, mackerel, anchovies, sardines, baker’s yeast, brewer’s yeast, organ meats & roe. Significantly limit fish, meats, shellfish, poultry, asparagus, mushrooms, legumes & spinach. No alcohol use.
