Gout in both feet: It is very possible to have gout in both feet. Be sure to monitor your big toe pain as well as any ankle pain. The big toe is not the only joint in the foot that is affected, just the most common. Be sure to monitor your diet closely and any medications that may trigger a gout attack as well.
